Dear Friends,

On behalf of the Standing Together to End Sexual Assault (STESA) Board of Directors, I am pleased to share the 2022 Annual Report.

With your support, STESA has continued to empower survivors, prevent sexual assault, and create a healthier and safer community. In the pages ahead, you will read about the efforts of our dedicated staff members, volunteers, and community partners to advance our mission and expand access to our services.

For the past 48 years, STESA has been a trusted provider of care, support, healing, and justice for survivors. This work continues to be critical today. While we have so much more progress to make as a society and a community, we are making strides in changing the conversation about sexual assault, while improving the ways in which we prevent and respond to sexual assault.

We have worked to reduce the stigma and shame felt by survivors, in addition to championing a community culture of believing survivors when they come forward. We have also worked to prevent sexual assault by educating our community about consent and teaching young people about healthy boundaries. In the aftermath of harm, we have continued to assist in the healing process and empower survivors to pursue their goals.

This work is possible only because of your support and partnership. We are very grateful for the generosity of our community over many decades.

On behalf of STESA, I would like to ask for your continued support as we stand together to end sexual assault.

Ethan Bertrand
STESA Board President

P.S. Your support allows us to reach more people in our community with intervention and prevention services. THANK YOU!
